Top highlight: 3 massive mango trees on the street = endless mangos! - Washer & dryer on-site (free, NOT coin operated) - There's a covered carport that fits two vehicles (I occupy one of the spaces so there's room for one more car or moped/motorcycle). - The entire home is furnished and thoughtfully designed for comfort and efficiency (smart, voice activated / timer-based indoor and outdoor WiFi lights) About the Neighborhood: - The home is located on a peaceful, private lane in a safe, centrally located neighborhood off of Kanaina Ave. - 5-8 minute walk to Rainbow Drive-Inn, Texaco and 7-11, lots of great food spots & a glorious 10 minute walk to Queen's beach! What I'm looking for: I'm both introverted and extroverted, compassionate, level-headed and self-aware, so ideally looking for a roommate who shares some, if not all of these qualities.
