The home has over $175,000 in remodeling from 2012 - 2020 in every room inside the house (kitchen, living room, dining room, master bedroom, master bath, master closet, guest rooms, guest baths, office, sunroom, etc.) and the outside. The entire kitchen was 100% demolished from ceiling to floor, and all new custom-made hardwood cabinets were installed valued at over $58K. New stainless-steel appliances, including a 36” pro-series high BTU gas cook-top. New granite countertops in the kitchen, master bath, and guest bath. The kitchen and master bath remodeling was valued at over $250.00 per square foot. All rooms on the first floor have newly textured ceilings and walls. The dining-room has hand-scraped hardwood floors, and faux paint and textured walls. The master bath has a 42” wide jacuzzi tub with 14 jets and a inline water heater. The shower was fitted with ½” not ¼” water pipes to enable more water pressure for the four high-volume showerheads. The main drain for the shower and tub was increased to a larger size 3" to increase water flow. The shower is enclosed with ½” frameless tempered glass, and new custom build, hardwood cabinets were installed for both his and her vanity. A wall-to-wall customer closet system was installed on all four walls of the 13’x13’ walk-in master closet. The front entryway has Italian marble flooring, and faux paint and textured walls also. The 21” by 20” family room with fire-place has new 3/4" thick BR-111 Santos Mahogany hardwood flooring ($5,700). In 2013, we replaced all the windows with "triple-pane" energy star windows that have a lifetime transferable warranty for a full replacement if damaged. In 2021, we had a new $58,000 stone-coated-steel roof installed on the entire house, and over our 32’x32’ patio, that has a life-time transferrable warranty, which saves us 25% on home insurance, and we had radiant-barrier installed under that new roof. The entire exterior of the house was painted in 2018 with Sherwin-Williams Duration Exterior Acrylic Coating, which is a 25-year warranty exterior paint. We replaced all the fascia boards with James Hardie Fascia boards in September of 2018. A $12,800 19 SEER HVAC heat-pump and air-handler was installed in 2020 for the first floor with an air purification system, and in 2016 we installed a new HVAC heat-pump and air-handler for the second floor. We have a 32' x 32' steel roof covered patio over a decorative “cool-pad” concrete stamped patio with outdoor kitchen by the pool and hot tub. We had a new $6,200.00 wrought iron double-doors installed foe front entry by Adooring Design (adooringdesigns.com). In 2016, replaced 5 of the in-ground auto sprinkler switches, and had the front side-walk and porch covered in stamped concrete to look like stone, and had the side of the hot-tub covered in stamped concrete to look like stone also. In 2019, we installed a $7,500.00 6’ tall no-maintenance Trek fence in the front and back yard, which will never rot or warp. In 2019 we installed a new 400,000 BTU propane pool and spa heater. Finally, we have a 20' by 15' space in the attic that we are planning to transform into a huge walk-in-storage and hobby room for our next project.
