No smoking allowed. Two smaller dogs or 1 medium sized dog is acceptable. Extra security deposit ($500) for dogs. Rent has been reduced from $1,700 per month to $1,450 to account for the caretaking responsibilities. Keeping an eye on main house, ensuring the propane tank cover is accessable, seasonally putting out or storing Deck furniture, and clearing a path to the Hot Tub on the Deck. (There is an electric snowblower on the Deck). Reporting issues to the Property Manager.
