This unit has been painted recently and has some furniture in the unit, including a nice entertainment center that fit perfectly in the living room, a microwave oven, refrigerator, shelves, and a small dishwasher. This unit does NOT have a stovetop/oven, but there is space for a small toaster oven and burners. The last tenant made the best of the unit and cooked regularly without issue. Shared storage space available in detached garage. A key will be provided. The neighbors upstairs are very nice and have been renting for quite some time. They are quiet, respectful and easy-going, they hope to have a neighbor that is similar in those ways. The backyard is shared as well... a small patio, lawn and garden(fairly private). Come see for yourself! First and last month's up front plus a security deposit of $400 The monthly rent includes ALL utilities to keep it simple. The upstairs tenants will pay 100% of the utilities(~$285/month). Both unit's monthly rent has been calculated into the monthly rent fairly, roughly 2/3 of the utilities get paid by the upper unit, and 1/3 is included in the monthly rent for the smaller unit. If the downstairs tenant takes care of the landscape, there would be a discount available for this, there is currently a landscape service that is paid for by the landlord.
