This is a 6 year old home in a nice residential neighborhood. The property is cleaned professionally every couple of months. There are a couple of other women who also live in the home but things are generally quiet and are respectful of one another's space. Currently, there is one private bedroom with a shared bathroom available. Lease minimum is 30 days. Please give 30 day notice prior to leaving. If you leave prior to one month or do not give 30 days notice, you forfeit security deposit. No smoking, no alcohol, no marijuana or other drugs. 11 pm - 7 am quiet hours. No overnight guests without approval of all others in the house. Parking is first come, first served. There is no priority given to parking placement based on seniority.
