    Country living at it's best ! The property is gently rolling hills with woods to the North and pastures to the South. The house and buildings sit high and dry on top of a hill with a beautiful view to the South west with the woods in back and open yard and pastures in front. It is totally country, surrounded by farm land and woods but less than three miles to shopping , close to schools and hospital and less than five miles to airport. The property is priced with ten acres of land but there are seventy acres more land available consisting of woods and farm fields. There are two barns and a run in shed. One barn is 56 X 72 X 10 and has four horse stalls with dutch doors going to paddock and pasture with room for one more. The rest of barn has a concrete floor . There is a tack room, a large 32 X 32 heated work shop with a 16 foot overhead door , 100 amp electric, and lots of lights and there is a large equipment and hay storage area. The other barn is 60 X 120 X 14 and was built for an indoor riding arena but is currently housing equipment. It is large enough to park several semis or large boats etc. It has sand footing , a wall liner and is well lighted with metal halide lights. The run in shed is in one pasture and is 12 X 24 with two open one side stalls for horses or cattle or equipment. The house has only been lived in by the current owners , non smoking , with no kids or pets and is in excellent condition . The full basement is poured concrete with moisture barrier under floor and is very dry with no need for sump pump since it sits on top of hill and footer tiles are gravity flow down the hill. Basement is partially finished and has a wood burning stove and auxiliary non electric gas heat . The other half is storage and utilities. There is a two car attached garage with 8' high door for pickups. The house has no maintenance vinyl siding and all trim is cedar or redwood. There is a new concrete drive to garage and all buildings have been reshingled within a few years.
