    I am seeking a roommate for a fully furnished bedroom in a beautiful, sunny, clean, and beautiful condo! The room in the pictures is the second bedroom I am renting out in my 2 bedroom/1bath condo. Situated in North/Central Boulder, across from the Howard Houston park and various walking/biking trails, including Cottonwood Trail. The condo itself is bright, serene, and very well-maintained. Condo Features: This corner unit on the garden level is abundant with natural light. The patio blends with common area grass, featuring two beautiful crab apple trees that bloom in the springtime. The living room is open, with fantastic light and views of a tranquil landscape. The kitchen is well equipped and includes appliances such as a Vitamix, Juicer, Food Processor, Dutch Oven, Iron Skillets, French Press, and all the cooking and baking accessories you may need. While there is no central AC, the garden-level setting keeps the condo reasonably cool in summer, and the bedroom does have a ceiling fan. You are welcome to place a window unit in your bedroom should you prefer to have some kind of AC. Bedroom: The bedroom includes a closet, a bed, a stand-up desk, a whiteboard, and a chair. Plenty of storage is available for your belongings in the attached garage should you need more! About Me: I am in my early 30s, have a professional job, and exercise regularly. I travel approximately once every six weeks for work and adventure. I lead a stable and relaxed lifestyle, prioritizing sleep and activities like pilates, hiking, snowboarding, West African dance, weight training, reading, meditation, and spending time with friends and family. Klaus also lives in the condo. He's a spicy, hilarious maltipoo with a lot of personality. He spends 2-3 nights per week with my ex. About You: This home is ideal for a healthy, clean, professional seeking a stable and quiet environment. I prefer to share the home with a woman, with an office job/co-working space to work out of to allow for personal space. Someone who is active, vibrant and travels regularly would be a great fit for me and the space! I appreciate open communication and get along best with those focused on self-improvement and mental/emotional wellness. The rental price excludes utilities and cleaning fees, which will be about $180 per month. Professional cleaning is provided twice a month. Please note that I will require a video call first, then I will gladly set up a showing. Also, please note that I am only accepting one occupant. Applications for two people will be rejected. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed. I am seeking to sign a 4-6 month lease starting in June. I am also open to entertaining a longer lease term for the right person. I am open to entertaining month to month option at an adjusted monthly price.
