We do our very best to provide a very clean environment for our tenants and take pride in the aesthetics of our unit. Unit for long term rental and low season at $1800/month or short term rental of 90 days minimum at $3000 /month during high season. All reservations are considered final once booked. If a guest chooses to cancel their reservation 30 days or fewer before the scheduled check-in date, no refund will be issued. This policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, including changes in travel plans, personal circumstances, weather, illness, transportation issues, or other unexpected events. By completing the reservation, the guest acknowledges and agrees to this no-refund cancellation policy.
