The house is located 50 meters/yards after the Club de Pesca, and sits on the same Caribbean waterfront as Club de Pesca / Sport Fishing Club of Ponce. This is a very small seaside studio with its own private balcony, a private entrance and a private parking space along quiet and safe Paseo de Pesca, next to Reserva Natural Punta Cucharas and Beach accessible by foot and by bike (about 10 minutes). There is no direct access to the seaside yard for the tenant of the studio, but access can be discussed and negotiated with the tenant upstairs who is gone most of the time, working. There is a fantastic sea view from the seaside balcony, so you'd have to walk to the nearest walk-in beaches and/or fishing areas to go swimming in the Sea or cast your fishing rod, but they are located only about 5 minutes from the house on foot, and Paseo de Pesca has a couple places to access the beach as well, and they're only a couple of minutes by foot from the house. You're in an excellent location! It's located only 15 minutes from historical downtown Ponce, Port of the Americas, La Guancha Harborside entertainment area, Ponce Yacht Club, Club Nautica, Hilton Hotel and Golf Course, and twenty minutes to PSE --Mercedita International Airport, FedEx, Howard Johnson's hotel and Inter-American University. The Holiday Inn and Tropical Casino is located a few minutes away as well as a couple of fast food places such as Le Stazione Pizzeria, Church's Fried Chicken, McDonalds, KFC and Krispy Donuts, and shopping areas such as Walmart Supercenter, Home Depot, Walgreens, Banco Popular, Ikea and Sam's Club. Off-street parking is along safe and quiet Paseo de Pesca which is where the doorway entry is located, so your car will be safe and nearby to your apt, and will sit on the property, not on the street. Your studio has a new air-conditioning unit w/ remote, a Smart TV w/ remote, a ceiling fan with light fixture, hot water heater, small kitchenette area with appliances, full size bed with linens and a dresser. Washing machine works most of the time, but a new combo mini washer dryer combination unit can be negotiated with the owner. High speed internet/wifi, electric and water for one person is $150/month, if air conditioner is not left running all the time; otherwise, the utilities will be from $200-250 depending on how much you use the electricity and air-conditioner(s). A cable receiver is also provided as well as wifi and water. TAXI, UBER AND LYFT are all available nearby with easy accessibily online to get to/from the house, shopping, downtown, Mall, airport and Port of the Americas. Your LANDMARK is the "Club de Pesca," and just walk two minutes from there to the house. Initial six months is offered, but a long stay guest is welcome to stay as long as everyone is happy, welcome/bienvenidos! Cat fee is $200 initial fee plus $70/month, for one house-trained cat only. INITIAL PAYMENT WITHOUT PET/CAT: $700 first month rent, $150 first month utilities (without running AC all the time), $700 refundable security deposit (subject to apt being returned undamaged and clean). TOTAL WITHOUT CAT: $700+150+700= $1550. INITIAL PAYMENT WITH PET/CAT (Add $200 one-time cat fee plus $70/month cat rent): $770 first month's rent with cat, $150 first month utilities, $200 cat fee (one-time) and $700 security deposit, TOTAL WITH CAT: $1820.
