Mostly home owners; very few renters. No thru traffic; multimillion dollar neighborhood - very desirable area; surrounded by plush greenery and well maintained homes and yards - as of this date (Sept. 2009) and for as long as I can remember not 1 foreclosure in our neighborhood and only 1 home for sale. Very up and coming neighborhood with many of the homes being rebuilt or remodeled within the last few years.
