This is a test post. We are renting our pet friendly home in the coveted Mesa Verde North "State Streets" neighborhood that is right next door to Moon Park and the famous Santa Ana River Trail. This is a cyclist's dream because it's just over 4 miles to the PCH and the Huntington Beach Bike path littered with Strava segments with Fairview Park, Talbert Regional Park, and the Mesa Verde Country Club nearby. Tons of parking because your guests can park at Moon Park. This 1,500 square foot home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a 9x10 bonus room with a large skylight that lights up the whole house. The home has vaulted ceilings in the very large kitchen and living room and multiple skylights. This home has a 5,900 square foot lot with a covered patio and RV parking on the side of the house with water and 50-Amp power hookups. This home is equipped with an EV charging station and lots of solar panels. We will pay all utilities and good thing because there is an air conditioning unit that is built for a home twice the size that keeps the house ice cold in the summer. There are double-paned windows throughout to keep out noise. There are no carpets in the entire house so that we can clean up easily after pets and keep allergens to a minimum. There is a large 2-car garage totaling 515 square feet. It is insulated and has brand new insulated garage door that has double-paned tinted windows, so it won't get too hot in the summer nor too cold in the winter. The garage will be stocked with a refrigerator if the tenant wants one. Master bedroom has a walk-in closet. There is a built-in natural gas grill hooked up directly to the gas line, so you never have to replace the tanks. There is a UV air treatment system and a water filtration system. The local elementary school is California Elementary School, which people take their kids to from all over the district because the music program is so amazing. You are a short walk away from the SOCO farmer's market because you can walk under the freeway or you could ride your bike faster than you can drive. If you like to party at SoCo (Arc Food & Libations is a great place) on weekends, you can walk home instead of drive. This home is quite friendly for the elderly. We bought this home for my aged mother and There are only two stairs in the entrance at the home and to the garage. Also, the Master bathroom shower has a semi-accessible shower with sturdy bars and a seat in the shower. Renter is responsible for all utilities, but we have lots of solar and nobody has ever paid electric. This will be 12 month lease. This is a test post.
