Was my fathers home, I rent out rooms in it so it’s more of an investment property then a family home but can be a family home if needed .. all rooms are filled with tenants and is fully furnished, I have 6 rooms rented out now and very profitable I just don’t have time for this kind of work being a single mom and student..would love to sell it but if I don’t get close to what I’m asking them I would rather keep it because it is my only source of income and it does pretty good for me and my family .
