Dogs are allowed but should be 30 pounds or less when full grown. Cats are ok, but only one. The unit has hookups for a washing machine and electric dryer. Tenants provide their own. Air conditioner, stove and refrigerator are provided. Showings will not be scheduled until early August. Inquire early as possible and submit an application to be considered.
