The second-floor condo is almost completely renovated and partially furnished. I say partially because I don't want to get sued for misrepresentation because I didn't provide toilet paper. However, it will have almost everything you need to move in and start living immediately. Brand new, custom-designed kitchen with quartz countertops, all new appliances, and plenty of nifty storage space including an "appliance garage" for the ugly microwave that I will be including. The kitchen island has power outlets and also acts as a dining area giving you eight feet of usable space to dine, prep, or work! The living room includes a new 65" Samsung OLED TV and sectional sofa. New flooring throughout is super-durable luxury vinyl plank. Both bedrooms feature queen-sized memory foam mattresses. Bedrooms are situated on opposite ends of the condo - perfect for privacy! One bedroom includes a walk-in closet with a full bathroom just outside the door. The other bedroom includes a full attached bath. Again, not going to lie, bathrooms are original, but fully functional and clean. It keeps things humble and reminds you to work harder if you want something newer and nicer. There's plenty of parking and no passes required. Outdoor storage is also available, which can house one-time use items like a paddle board or bicycle. 6-12 month lease terms considered - just ask! The space is still being updated and photos will be posted as they become available. Tours only available on weekends starting on 1/27. PET POLICY/FEES: No cats. One dog up to 40 pounds. HOA has breed restrictions: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Bulldog, Chow, Great Dane, Doberman Pinscher, Pit Bull Terrier, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier, Siberian Husky, Wolf Hybrids or any trained attack, guard, or fighting dog. Pet Screening Application: $20 single pet Non-refundable pet fee: $300 Monthly pet fee: $30 per month All applicants must complete online application form and pay applicable fee. Utilities are not included, but can be negotiated depending on lease term. Pet security deposit and monthly fee are extra. Must secure renter's insurance. No parking fee or passes. Absolutely no smoking in or near the unit.
