Very well cared for home in a highly desirable neighborhood. Four bedroom, two bath, with a two-car detached garage. Plenty of storage room and extra space in the lower level. We prefer a ten or eleven month lease, but are also open to longer term. We are looking for someone who takes pride in the home and treats it like it is there own. We communicate well, and genuinely care about the home and the tenants. The renter is responsible for all utilites including lawn and snow removal.
