This is a large, 1.1 acre, wooded lot, within walking/biking distance of downtown Clemson and the University. It is at the end of a cul-de sac, at the top of a hill. Before the trees grew up, one could view the lake. We had planned to build a 3-story, modern house at the rear of the lot in order to view both the lake and surrounding hills, and to have our own private “park”. We have kept it as an investment.
