All systems and beds are brand new, and each bedroom has custom insulated blackout curtains. As this is a historical home, it has its unique attributes, including handblown glass, uneven floors, and other little idiosyncrasies that speak to the legacy of the generations who have called this their home. Because of the proximity of neighbors in this quiet little village, we take quiet hours after 9 PM seriously (it's a local ordinance) and cannot allow parties. Our home shares an adjoining wall with another house, like a townhouse. It is a full size house and quite private for being in the village. Lease duration is negotiable from 3 to 6 months. In addition to refundable security deposit, there is a nonrefundable holding deposit of $3,750 due at lease signing that is applied to the balance. Balance is due in full 30 days prior to start of lease. We recommend but do not require renter's insurance.
