The one-year lease (or up to two years) runs from move-in date to November 30th of each year. A sixty day notice is required for both tenant and landlord indicating a desire to renew lease or not. The Lease requirements for move-out are well documented in the lease which protects both tenant and landlord. We have contact info for current tenants that you may contact to ask them about us. We view leasing of our villa as a two-way street and we are looking for clean, caring, financially stable tenants who will care for the villa as we would. We live one mile away but are not busy-body landlords. If there is a repair or issue, we address it immediately.
