It is tucked away off the main road on a 1-acre private lot featuring a total of 4 units. The giant oak trees create a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, and you are walking distance to quaint downtown Loomis. On the edge of the countryside but still close to plenty of restaurants, shops, and so much to do. Your entry code will be the last 4 digits of the phone number you provided when booking. When leaving the property, we ask that you lock the door by simply pressing the lock button. Please check the door after to ensure that it's locked. Please note the door is set to automatically lock after 4 minutes. CHECK-OUT: Please check out on time at 11:00 am so our cleaners can prepare for our next guests. Please turn off all lights and fans, log out of TV apps, start a load of towels, and load and start the dishwasher. Late checkout fees will be deducted from your deposit at the rate of $20 for every 10 minutes beginning at 11:05am. PARKING: Please park on the driveway or on the gravel lot. SMOKING: This is a smoke-free property which includes but is not limited to tobacco, marijuana, vape pens, and hookah. Any breach of this rule will result in a $200 per day charge to the reservation. PETS: We allow a maximum of two pets and charge a $50 per pet fee for the duration of your stay. We also require a refundable pet deposit of $500, If the home has pet dander or feces not picked up, the deposit in full will be used for proper cleaning. QUIET TIME: Please respect the quiet hours of 10pm to 8am. GUESTS/GATHERINGS: Only the number of guests as indicated in the booking are allowed at the home. No parties, gatherings, or other events are allowed. HEATING/COOLING: There is central air and heat. Please do not set the AC lower than 68 and do not set the heat higher than 74 . CLEANING: Each property will be inspected and cleaned after your departure. The rental fee you have paid will provide for 4 hours of normal cleaning. If the residence is left needing deep cleaning, there is a charge of $45 per hour. For long term stays, we require a monthly cleaning of the property at the owners expense. UTILITIES: All utilities are covered by the homeowner. Including, Water, electric, gas, sewer, trash, wifi CAMERAS: Please note there is a ring camera as well as a noise monitoring system. USE OF PROPERTY: Using the premises for any illegal activity, but not limited to, the possession, serving or consumption of alcoholic beverages by or to persons less than 21 years of age, causing damage to the premises rented or to any of the neighboring properties or any other acts which interfere with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their property are grounds for immediate termination from the property without refund and may result in legal action.
