If the Applicant is approved and successfully signs the lease agreement on or before the Deadline, this entire holding deposit of $500 will be applied directly toward the required security deposit for the $2,800. **Pet Policy and Procedure A non-negotiable and non-refundable pet cleaning fee of $500 must be paid if applicable. Applicants must provide a picture of the pet, proof of breed, and weight (weight restrictions may apply), as well as up-to-date vaccination records and proof of spaying or neutering for verification with the veterinarian.
