This apartment features high ceilings, original moldings, a fireplace, and distinctive ceiling tiles. Big bright windows on either side let in lots of natural light, but not much noise. The large kitchen comes with plenty of builtin storage in addition to the cabinets, and a extra-wide sink. It's a railroad-style apartment, meaning all the rooms are arranged in a line. The way I had it set up, the flow was kitchen - living room - office and walk-in closet - bedroom. That said, another layout that works pretty well is kitchen - office or dining room - bedroom and walk-in closet - living room. I'm the current renter, and am looking for someone to take over my lease. We just moved out (I'm expecting!) so the apartment will be cleaned and move-in ready by Feb 1st. I'm leaving behind the kitchen table and chairs and several closets, although I can remove them if that's preferable.
