I have a room for rent 550 a month including water sewer trash electric and Wi-Fi. I am looking for a respectable person that can pay rent. I live with two other males including myself I'm a female. It is a shared bathroom shared kitchen, porch in the front is available for use as well as a backyard. I'm open to anyone that wants to paint or make the room their own I do not have a problem with that. 550 due on the 1st of the month.
