The place is clean and tidy and we are looking for someone quiet, respectful and compatible to live here. The location is a virtual paradise in Whittier NC on a 50 acre Nature Sanctuary and organic farm with mountain trails, views and nearby waterfall. There is a lovely flower garden labyrinth and campfire plus decks and meditation places for rest and renewal. No pets as there are dairy goats close by as well as other guests and tenants enjoying this peaceful sanctuary. $800/month includes utilities. Good references, fist and last month rent and deposit are required to secure a 6 month or more lease. Located on the Qualla boundary only ten minutes from Food Lion grocery store, about 15 minutes from the tourist towns of Cherokee, Sylva, Bryson City and near the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. Minimum of 6 month lease.Utilities and wifi included in the shared space. There is presently no wifi in the 12x12 studio but could easily be added at tenant's expense. No smoking, no pets. Please close windows closed when HVAC in use. Please wear house slippers inside common building. Shared space must be kept clean and tidy (please clean up after each meal but weekly chores can be shared). Please be respectful of other guests and tenants on the property. Three goats will live close by during Winter months.
