Really just neat as a pin and ready to move into, or continue renting it - great rental history. Mellowed tongue and groove on the walls contributes to a classic cottage feel - not ostentatious, but comfortable and homey, perfect for visiting grandchildren (and everyone else!). There is no better beach on the South Arm. It's always sunny!
