I am a young professional in the Denver metro who is renting a house beginning March 1st and looking for a roommate to rent the house with. I'm pretty laid back, clean, and currently working out of the house. I like to get up to the mountains when I can. There are two bedrooms downstairs available that you can choose from, each are pictured to give you an idea of the layout. There will be a living room space and bathroom which will be yours to use in the basement as well(also pictured). I will live in the bedroom upstairs and have my own bathroom as well. The house has a large grass backyard, a grill and storage in the back. The move in date is flexible, on March 1st or after. Ideally the lease will be 12 months but 9 months is acceptable. A deposit of $1,250 is required. Water is included in the rent however gas/electricity will be separate utilities to be split. Dogs are ok, there may be a pet deposit required. Street parking in front of the house is available.
