    I am a young professional in the Denver metro who is renting a house beginning March 1st and looking for a roommate to rent the house with. I'm pretty laid back, clean, and currently working out of the house. I like to get up to the mountains when I can. If you're looking for a mostly private living situation close to downtown Denver lets connect and see if we would be a good fit. The house will be unfurnished upon move in. There are two bedrooms downstairs available that you can choose from, each are pictured to give you an idea of the layout. There will be a living room space and bathroom which will be yours to use in the basement as well(also pictured). I will live in the bedroom upstairs and have my own bathroom as well. The house has a large grass backyard, a grill and storage in the back. The move in date is flexible, on March 1st or after. Ideally the lease will be 12 months but 9 months is acceptable. A deposit of $1,250 is required. Water is included in the rent however gas/electricity will be separate utilities to be split. Dogs are ok, there may be a pet deposit required. Street parking in front of the house is available.
