Parking for one vehicle on driveway as well as extensive street parking available with one car per tenant permitted. Renters insurance required. No heavy items that can damage the hardwood floors such as waterbed, fish tank, or weights. No storage of excess items in backyard therefore a storage unit or rented garage space in Dana Point might be needed based on the amount of your possessions. No "collections" in credit history. Current employment must be at least 6 months if relying on it for proof of income.
