All new kitchen appliances, including refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave, and range hood were installed in the autumn of 2012 with Corian Countertops. Home has beautiful heart pine flooring. Ceiling fans are present in all rooms. Rental includes a large, four car garage/workshop with adjoining potters shed. There is a lake irrigation system for lawn and shrubs. Home has an in ground swimming pool, which lies just beyond a raised patio outside of a fully screened sunroom. Utility closet off sunroom has a washing machine and dryer. This is a total-electric home, and that includes heat and air conditioning. Tenant pays for all electric used on the ?home? meter, designated LA, while landlord pays to run the pool pump on a separate meter, designated DA, which is billed directly to the landlord. That means tenants need not be concerned about electricity used for running the pool pump. However, Santee Cooper is not known as a cheap, or even reasonable supplier, so tenant should be prepared to spend $300-$350/month during periods of extreme hot or cold weather. These figures are based on recent billing as reported by tenants. Tenant is responsible for general maintenance of the pool and property, meaning opening and closing of the pool seasonally, supplying needed chemicals, and using them to keep pool in good condition.
