Beautiful and unique property. This is the pool house of my property. Looking for the right person(s) to share this special place. The pool house is private from the main house, has it's own parking and entrance and looks over the greenbelt. The property is very private. The pool house was just repainted and some touch ups throughout. Open to pets for small additional cost / deposit. Me and my three small kids live in the main house. The front bedroom has French doors / is great as an office if you work from home like I do. Note that the pool and pool deck are not shared / not available for use by the tenant. Available 3/1. All utilities are shared - in addition to rent it will be $200 to cover fast internet, wifi, gas, electric, water, and garbage. I also have a housecleaner on site that can also clean your house for a very cheap rate. I am flexible on lease timeframe.
