A rental proposal must include a brief letter containing the following: initial monthly rental rate lease commencement date lease term rent escalation factor All applicants must meet the Presidio Trust's standard residential screening criteria. This includes, in part, credit check, criminal background check, verification of income and assets, and verification of past residence. Submittals will be evaluated based upon proposed financial terms and proof of ability to perform. The Presidio Trust and Presidio Residences will conduct the resident selection process. The Presidio Trust is the sole and final decision-maker regarding this selection, and reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or terminate lease negotiations at any time. The Trust also reserves the right to modify or suspend any or all aspects of the process. This includes asking bidders to submit revised proposals if the difference in financial terms between two or more competing proposals is considered de minimis by the Trust.
