The larger room on the second floor has a comfortable queen size bed, TV, fridge, microwave, AC, Dresser, full size wardrobe, study table, vaccum cleaner etc The smaller room on the second floor has a queen size bed, Tv, two door wardrobe, AC, vacuum cleaner, and fridge/microwave next to the bedroom in the hallway. The hallway of the second floor is fully furnished and has sitting area which can be used by both the tenants of the second floor. Both the tenants of the second floor need to share the toilet on the second floor, but will have to take shower in the first floor toilet cum bathroom having a separate area for dressing up. The basement bedroom has a queen bed, two door wardrobe, Tv, fridge, microwave, vacuum cleaner etc. Currently the basement bedroom don't have AC, but it will be installed before the summer begins. The basement tenant will have to use the shower and toilet on the first floor as currently there is no toilet in the basement and the owner is planning to make a toilet cum bathroom in couple of months. The fully furnished living room in the basement has comfortable couches, large Tv, dining table , laundry room, fridge and microwave has to be commonly shared by all the three tenants. The basement also has individual shoe rack for all the three tenants. The Kitchen to be shared by the owner and all the three tenants. Food preference: The owner is vegetarian hence cooking non-veg will not be allowed but the tenants are free to bring non-vegetarian food and can eat on the dining table in the basement, or in their respective rooms, but needs to dispose off the leftover immediately. The vegetarian food can be eaten on the dining table in the kitchen area. Amenities included: .
