No smoking or vaping permitted anywhere on the property. Renters insurance is required prior to move-in. Background, credit, income, employment, and rental history verification required. Household income should be at least three (3) times the monthly rent. Pets considered on a case-by-case basis with additional deposit and/or monthly pet rent. No subletting, assignment, or short-term rentals (including Airbnb, VRBO, or similar platforms) permitted. Maximum occupancy limited to approved occupants listed on the lease. Tenant must maintain adequate heat during winter months to prevent frozen pipes and promptly report any maintenance, plumbing, heating, water intrusion, or safety issues. Tenant shall maintain the property in a clean and sanitary condition and promptly dispose of all garbage and waste in appropriate containers. Owner reserves the right to require additional screening information and deny applications that do not meet rental criteria.
