Designed by Julia Morgan for Fredrick G. Ilsen in 1913, this Tudor Revival house has extensively landscaped gardens and rear patios, new foundation (2015) and newly remodeled kitchen (2016). It is one of the four surviving Julia Morgan houses in Adams Point and is a designated Oakland Historic Property with a Mills Act contract.
