SHARE THE SEASON SPLIT THE COST, SPLIT UP THE DAYS! Why pay for a seasonal Tahoe home yourself when you can share it with family and friends? Get your group together, secure the lease, split the cost, and then divide up the days among your group. You don't all have to use the home at the same time, and you don't need to plan every visit before securing the lease. Once the lease is signed, coordinate among your group to decide who uses the townhome and when. Share the cost: Divide the total lease price among participating households. Split up the days: Coordinate ski weekends, holidays, and family visits. Keep your gear in Tahoe: Leave your ski and snowboard equipment, boots, helmets, jackets, and other approved belongings at the townhome between visits, subject to available storage space. Four levels provide room to spread out, making this a great setup for families or groups who want to enjoy Tahoe together while still having their own space. 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms Two primary bedroom suites: One on the top floor and one on the bottom floor, offering added privacy and separation. Additional bedroom vanity: One bedroom has its own vanity sink for extra convenience when multiple people are getting ready. Fully furnished, with an in-unit washer and dryer. Approximately 4 minutes to Heavenly's Stagecoach Lift/Lodge and 7 minutes to Boulder Lift/Lodge. No stairs from the parking area to the front door. A FAMILY-FRIENDLY HOME NOT A PARTY HOUSE This is a family home in a residential community, and we're looking for responsible renters who will treat the property and neighbors with respect. It's a great fit for families, couples, and considerate groups who want to enjoy skiing, the holidays, and time together in Tahoe. This is not a party house. Parties, disruptive gatherings, excessive noise, and behavior that disturbs neighbors are not permitted. We ask all occupants to respect the home's residential setting and the community around it. Everyone named on the lease can come and go throughout the rental period, making it convenient to coordinate multiple visits around work, school, skiing, and family plans.
