    Wow, I did not know this kind of privacy existed so close to everything Sebring has to offer but here it is. This home has landscaping to die for. So much time and love were put into this yard to make it feel like you are in a tropical oasis. The fenced in back yard makes you want to run around barefooted with a 10 X 12 shed to store the things you don't want to mess up the clean 2 car garage with an electrical box fully wired for a house generator. There is also an outdoor shower to clean off after yardwork and time for a little fun in your inground caged in pool with a large under roof lanai big enough to entertain friends and also to put in an outdoor kitchen which already has the plumbing and electric in place. Lets talk about the house with a 5 year new roof and a screened in front sitting porch and a 2 car garage. As you walk in you will be welcomed with an open concept kitchen, dining and living room with a kitchen island for convenance and family to gather around. Brand new cabinets pop out with the grade 3 granite and butcher block combination countertops. Sun tunnels overhead provide natural light to the area that shows off the stainless appliances and the super cool hood fan over the stove. It gets better, there are doors off the dining room for easy transition from the house to the lanai and pool space. The master bedroom has large windows for natural light as well as an on suite bathroom with new tile in the walk in shower and a new vanity with a walk in closet as well of coarse. Being a split floor plan the other side of the house you will find the other two guest bedrooms with natural light and the newly tiled guest bathroom with a new vanity as well. Also there is an indoor laundry room to make doing the chore a little less painful. I'm sure I'm forgetting something but this place really needs to be seen in person to fully see all it has to offer. At this price point it won't last long friends
