Neighborhood is awesome. Its a mixed community with very friendly neighbors. The Alameda Creek is a stones throw from here which is pretty good for walking, jogging or bicycling. Northgate huge community park is near by. Shopping complex is diagonal to the park. Famous Calphin swimming school is near too. Freeway 880 is about half mile on the other side with zero traffic noise. Century Theatre and other chain restaurants are a mile away in Union Square Landing.
