Our two bedroom, two bath apartment home is 950 sq. ft. and features a fully equipped kitchen, ceiling fan, wood burning fireplace, full size washer/dryer, patio or balcony, walk in closet and an open bay garage. We are conveniently located between Bremerton and Silverdale, which places us just minutes away from excellent schools, the Naval Hospital, Bangor base, employment, food, and recreation. We offer 6-12 month leases. All apartment homes are cable ready. Our utility fee for two bedroom apartments is $125 per month. Residents are responsible for the electric bill. To apply for an apartment home, we require a $45 application fee per adult over 18, along with a completed rental application. To reserve your new home, we have a $300 non-refundable administration fee, which will also hold your apartment home for up to two weeks. In regards to rental criteria, I would recommend calling us so we can discuss this in more detail. We offer two deposit options; for approved applicants, you can pay a $700 refundable deposit or a $175 non-refundable bond per Resident. If you choose the refundable deposit, any move out charges would be deducted from the security deposit after move out and the remainder would be refunded to you. A bond is completely non-refundable, and only serves to reduce move in costs. If you choose a bond, you would be responsible for any move out charges after move out. Some applicants are approved with an increased deposit/bond. An increased deposit would be the security deposit of $700, plus one month's rent. For pets, we also offer a deposit or bond option. We require a pet fee of $250 for one pet, $300 for 2 pets and $350 for 3 pets. Our refundable pet deposit is $750 or you have the option of a $262.50 non refundable pet bond, 2-3 pets would be $437.50.
