Our home is all recently remodeled with a lot of the original charm to the home. It is a 4 bedroom 3 bath, large closets, mudroom in the back, the pool will stay along with all supplies. Washer and dryer is negotiable as well as some of furniture. The home does have an ADT system as well as an invisible fence for your fur babies. We will be leaving the swing and picnic table (as long as price offered is right) We do cool with window units and those all stay (5).
