About Your Accommodations This 4 bdrm 2 bath home sleeps 12 and has plenty of space for the whole family with an extra nook in the laundry space too. After a day of skiing enjoy sitting on the deck and relaxing as the sun goes down over Red Cliffs. The living room has an efficient wood burning stove and a couple of couches for the family to play games and entertain. There will be furniture added to the existing photos. The trundle bed will be moved from the upstairs bedroom to the laundry nook. A queen bed will be added to that bedroom. The tenant will be required to handle snow removal on their own. It will be mandatory the snow is kept away from the sliding glass door and front window. In big snow years, it's an effort. The heat must be maintained to not freeze pipes. Getting Around Call the shuttle to take you to the lifts to join in the fun on over 90 kilometers of groomed trails. You are surrounded by 20 lakes in a 5 mile radius for great fishing, hiking or biking. A beautiful 35 minute drive takes you to South Lake Tahoe or Gardnerville for shopping and more entertainment. Available December 1st through April 30th $6,000/mo plus utilities.
