Some features: -underground heated garage (one assigned parking spot, but plenty of parking outside) -Washer/Dryer in the unit - Storage Unit Price: -$850 per month -$400 security deposit required -1st month's rent and the security deposit are due on the move-in date ($1250 total) - tenant must pay for electric **Rental requirements** - at least 1-year lease contract - a verifiable source of income - References from the previous landlords. - background checks - Background check fee is done by 3rd party company and must be paid by the renter. However, if everything checks out, this fee will be counted toward your 1st month of rent. **Pet policy** -30$ extra for a Cat(1 pet limit) - May consider dogs under 30 lbs ( $50 extra) The unit is currently tenant-occupied, but we can arrange a time in advance for viewing.
