This has been a great starter home for us! We bought the home in 2014 and have really enjoyed the location; in about 5 minutes you can be at WALMART or WinnDixie, 3 minutes from Wetumpka schools, about 5 minutes to the Coosa River and historic downtown Wetumpka were there are great places to eat and spend time together. Since we have lived in the house, we have replaced the A/C system and the Water Heater. We remodeled the guest bathroom and replaced carpet and linoleum floors with Wood-look tile throughout the home (not in the bedrooms, they are currently carpet). We have also added a few other things like home security through Vivint, and a new garbage disposal. Anyways, we are looking to move closer to work and church, but we wish we could pick the house up and take it with us.
