Yr 2015 we added Solar panels to our roof which cuts our electric bill in half. We are grid tied so even on rainy days or at night we have power - no batteries to maintain or replace. We also replaced our front door with a decorative leaded glass door which looks awesome! Yr 2014 an Addition was added - 30x18 ft more space! Added a formal Family room so now we have both a formal living room and family room. This addition also enlarged our laundry room and added a double work sink. It also included a unique foyer/office space when you walk into the back door. The porch was rebuilt to provide a place to relax outside. We also added a fully decorative concrete parking pad for two + cars (or jets ski's, boats etc.) and redid our front porch and entry walkway in the same material. Looks great! This 3 BR, 3 BA home has all the bells & whistles! Granite counters, upgraded cabinetry, gas fireplace, custom window treatments, upgraded fixtures, etc, etc. Detached 2 car garage, beautifully landscaped yard with Washingtonian Palms lends a tropical feel. Along with the fabulous amenities of Shall Hall this home at this price will not last!
