Very secluded! (Stove Electric, Heat Electric, W/D Stacked in the closet by kitchen, Large attic for storage) Renter is responsible for snow removal along the walkway to cottage. Permit parking is on the street. Almost always right in front of main house. No Smoking in or around the cottage! Maintenance outside in yard is all done by owner only. The trash is put out once a week and is shared. Taking bins to street among the other two apartments in main house. Owner pays for water and trash. Rental pays for electric and cable.
