    What's special

    Three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One kitchen and walk downstairs to home entrance. Airy, spacious, and new renovated. The term of this lease shall begin on the Start Date and end on the End Date. Duration for at least 1 year. At the end of the Lease Term, the lease may be renewed or extended by mutual written consent of both parties. The Tenant agrees to pay the Landlord rent in the amount of $1800 per month. Rent is due on the first of each month, starting from the commencement of the Lease Term. The rent shall be paid via cash or check to the Landlord. A late fee of $100 will be charged if rent is not received within 3 days of the due date. Upon signing this lease, the Tenant will pay a security deposit in the amount of $1800. The security deposit will be held by the Landlord to cover any damage to the Premises or unpaid rent at the end of the Lease Term. The Tenant is not responsible for gas, electricity, water, and sewage. The Premises shall be used solely for residential purposes and shall not be used for any illegal activities. No subletting or assignment of the lease is permitted. The Tenant shall maintain the Premises in good condition and immediately notify the Landlord of any needed repairs. The Tenant may not make alterations or improvements to the Premises, including painting, without the prior written consent of the Landlord. Any alterations made with permission shall become the property of the Landlord at the end of the Lease Term unless otherwise agreed in writing. Pets are not permitted on the Premises. The Landlord may enter the Premises at reasonable times for inspections, repairs, or to show the property to prospective tenants or buyers, with prior notice to the Tenant. In case of emergency (e.g., water leak, fire), the Landlord may enter the Premises without prior notice. If the Tenant fails to pay rent or breaches any other provision of this lease, the Landlord may terminate the lease, and the Tenant must vacate the Premises.
