Single Occupancy is $1,400 and dual occupancy is $1,500 The unit includes a large living room, office/mudroom, two bedrooms, eat-in kitchen with gas stove, bathroom with washer/dryer and storage room. There is off-street parking available for one vehicle. The upstairs tenant shares the driveway and parking area with you. The front of the house includes a large, covered porch that is great for sitting. The backyard is grassed and can be used for lounging if you have a table and chairs. If you are a gardener and want to plant vegetables or flowers, the backyard gets a lot of sun (faces west). No small dogs are allowed, NO cats, and the building is non-smoking. A pre-requisite to approval is completing an application. The cost is $35, which includes a credit and background check. We require a 660 or better credit score. If the score is lower, we do allow cosigners or 3 months' rent in advance. We also require copies of three months of pay stubs from your current employer and an income-to-rent ratio of 3:1.
