Hiya! I will be moving into a 2 bedroom house that my aunt will be renting to me. Just looking for one other person to join by Mar 1st. Security deposit is 1250, as is rent. There is full kitchen access, a shared bathroom, big backyard, central air, a living room, enough parking for 2 cars, both bedrooms are pretty big sized with big closets aswell. Just looking for someone thats easy going like myself, will have rent on time, has good personal hygiene and is all around a clean person. Let me know if interested! Utilities are about 50-70 a month depending on the time of the year. Id prefer someone who wants to stay atleast one full year. But not entirely necessary.
