Parking is limited to 2 vehicles at the unit, with overflow parking available nearby. No trash or food is to be left outside at any time, and a $100 fee may be imposed for violations of these rules. Unauthorized pets or guests are subject to a $300 fee and immediate termination of your stay with no refunds. A $100 fee may be imposed for violations of noise rules, and a $250 fee for smoking inside the unit. Propane and charcoal grills or any form of open fire is strictly forbidden within 10 feet of the building. Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is at 11 am. Unauthorized early arrivals or late checkouts are subject to a $100 per hour fee.
