My home is a tri level. there are 6 steps dividing the first floor to to the second floor and 3rd floor. The fist floor has 3 rooms. One for family, another bed, man cave or whatever you choose. It also has a area that has storage from top to bottom...good for an office or just storage...good for extra groceries, etc. The utility room is on this level and has a sink and a commode. The 2nd floor has a kitchen, dining room and large living room. The 3rd floor has an extra wide hallway with 2 bedrooms on one side with a full bath across the hall from the bedrooms. The master bedroom is on the right with full bath. There is linen storage in the hall bathroom. Each bedroom has a closet. The house has moldings around the ceiling with the exception of the kitchen and one bedroom. There is a large deck on the front of the house that could be made into a sun room if one chose to do so.
