Even though N Highland Ave runs between Marshall and Main Street (two of the busier roads in the area), this avenue is often bypassed and stays mostly (surprisingly) quiet. We have great neighbors and overall a very safe neighborhood. On .25 acres of land, the house itself is very comfortable. I lived there for 11 years and really enjoyed a lot about it including all the space and privacy it offers. We have a thriving vegetable garden on the side (currently tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, and basil!) and some fun trees and bushes spread around a fully fenced in backyard. Most if not all of the amenities are fairly new - washer, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal. You're 5-7 minutes from Home Depot, Walmart, Chick-Fil-A, Chipotle, multiple grocery stores, gas, and several highways. 10-13 minutes from King of Prussia and Conshohocken. Can also get to Philly in 45 minutes with no traffic. Lots of good walking paths and actually very close to the SRT (main bike trail) Minimum 6 month lease term with month to month thereafter. 45 day notice to cancel lease. Do not accept Section 8. We pay for water, sewer, and trash tenant responsible for oil, electricity, internet/cable/phone. You have 4 parking spots really and can use any part of the street for extra guest parking as well. Please be respectful of new floor, walls, and appliances. All were fairly recently redone and area in very good condition. No smoking in the house.
