IMPORTANT NOTES : There is a pet fee of $200/pet per stay. For stays over 21 days, please note that any extra utility costs beyond the initial charged amount are the guest's responsibility. Cancellation Policy Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. This insurance is meant to cover any incidental damages to the property that may occur during your stay and does not cover any issues with your trip related to cancellation due to illness or other reasons.
