The Association of Poinciana Villages, APV is a non-profit, civic organization operated exclusively for the promotion of the health, safety, common good, general convenience and social welfare of the owners and residents of property in Poinciana. APV was formed to provide for the maintenance, efficient operation, preservation and extension of the common areas in all the portions and areas of Poinciana. The Association of Poinciana Villages has been proudly managed by FirstService Residential under the leadership of Mark Maldonado LCAM and general manager since 2013.
